Welcome to WebPhotos! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WebPhotos application (“App”). By using WebPhotos, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

WebPhotosis designed to assist users in automating tasks within their Google Drive accounts. The App utilizes the Google Drive API to enable functionality.

• Google Drive Permissions: You are responsible for managing and revoking permissions granted to WebPhotos via your Google Account settings.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not use the App to engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to or manipulation of data.
4. Privacy and Security

• You acknowledge that WebPhotos operates in compliance with Google’s API policies, ensuring the security and privacy of your data.
5. Limited Liability
• No Warranty: WebPhotos is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
• Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebPhotos and its creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its code, design, and functionality, belong to the creator of WebPhotos. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
7. Termination
WebPhotosreserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.
8. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted within the App, and the updated date will be reflected at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Portugal.
